Retailer Bouclair migrates to AI-powered DAM in two weeks with Bynder and Ntara

Bouclair, a leader in furniture and home décor, thrives not just in-store but also online. Shoppers love the convenience of browsing product details and making purchases on the retailer’s website.

Behind the scenes, connected systems bring Bouclair’s product experience to life—including integrations from inriver PIM to DAM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

However, their existing DAM platform did not meet their needs. Worse, a hefty license renewal was just weeks away. Keeping an ineffective platform at a high cost didn’t make sense, but they also couldn’t risk disrupting the flow of images to their ecommerce site.

Bouclair wanted to quickly upgrade to Bynder’s AI-powered DAM without interrupting their DAM processes. They wanted access to Bynder’s scalable taxonomy, digital rights management, and automation features.

But how fast could they implement Bynder, integrate DAM with PIM, and keep syndication intact?

The result

Within two weeks, the teams implemented Bynder DAM, migrated over 85,000 assets into the new platform, and connected Bynder to inriver PIM—without interruption in syndicating data to Bouclair’s ecommerce site.

As the project continued, Ntara finalized the bidirectional flow of data. That way, metadata can funnel back into Bynder to automate asset organization.
